What's with all the times that my phone has a connection but calls don't go through, incoming calls go to voicemail, and data isn't working? I wouldn't actually call that a connection. Text messages are the only thing that works on your network half of the time. And no it's not my phone, when I roam into other countries (THE reason I still use T-mobile that's so awesome) I have zero problems ever. Since I signed up I've also gone through three phones and all the same experience. Thank God for WiFi calling or I'd basically never get calls.
I use Fi, which is largely TMO network. Works just fine for me in South Bay
In Sammamish. TMO sucks
Switch to Verizon. Getting pissed by T mobile and switched to Verizon. Very happy with my decision.
+1 It really sucks in Bellevue. Lost calls, bad signal and for several days I could not really load any website at the beginning of April. We went to Oregon last summer and there was no signal for all 2 days.
Because its tmobile
It appears to be very city/carrier dependent. Down here in Phoenix T-Mobile rocks, but AT&T is shoddy at best. My gut feeling tells me its trunk capacity, or endpoint saturation in Bellevue, but without an ATM protocol trace how would we know?
I’m a recent convert to T-Mobile from att. So far I’ve had zero issues with connectivity here in Seattle.
Just wait. Your phone will look connected, you'll have signal, but you won't get phone calls, and you won't get data.
"You knew damn well I was T-Mobile before you signed me up"
You have an IPHONE 6 don't you lol
Where are you based out of? Tmo is fine for me in the bay area...in general....
Seattle. T-Mo's home town ..
Isn't T-Mobile a German company?
