On h1b and havent filed GC yet

Guys .. i dont fathom what effecf the latest news on h1bs will have on me .

I have 2.5 yrs of my renewed h1b remaining and my company said they ll be filing this september.
i havent fully gotten started with the questionnaire and related processes though .. cuz of some other commitments that kept me busy.

What should my next move / immediate action be ?

yoe: 3.5

    Please provide your documents at the earliest possible as i know several people where Fragomen screwed up by either filing incorrectly or delaying the intial filing itself quite a bit. The only thing we can control is provide all the documents and questionnaires at the earliest and keep following up with them. Not every paralegal is bad at Fragomen but i have had my share of bad apples to deal with.

    You can ask your employer to start the process immediately. Talk to your manager to push your application with immigration team(I think Fragomen). 2.5 years is still fine. The process should take about 1-1.5 years. News came out today doesn’t impact your process.

    It takes 1-1.5 years for full process even if you get audit so you are good .
