guys i know fuck all about non SAP technology. my skill is mainly smooth talking clients into expansions. do i even have a shot? my resume is pretty much all key words they are looking for in white font to make sure the machines dont toss my resume aside + accomplishments at SAP
Sounds like you should interview for AWS Account Manager instead. You can expect the TAM interview to be half technical, half leadership questions. If you don't know anything technical at all in at least 1 or 2 technical fundamentals (networking, systems, databases, CI/CD, security, big data, etc) you will fail miserably.
Here is an example of a basic tech question we ask product managers technical (PMT) - design a cell phone tracking (“where is my phone”) feature infrastructure - all the way through system design, service decomposition, data structures and APIs design, and capacity plan. TPM might be a bit more complex or you get multiple of those.
