I talked with the recruiter and he is expecting numbers. He said visa does not provide RSU and sign on and relocation bonus to new hires. Its only base and performance based bonus. Is it same in your case ?
Exactly. I felt I was low balled.. Sign on was just 4K which is like 3 times less than my previous offers. Base was 125k(Austin,TX). Regarding relocation they have delegated to some other moving company..
What is Your YOE ?
I have 5.5 yoe. If your TC is going high then it makes sense to move to Texas as it is cheaper.

If anyone is still reading this, Visa pays the highest amongst companies here in Austin , 150k + tc will go a lot further here, for comparison houses are only 300k ish
