TC 85K —> TC 106K. Worth the move?

Currently work FT remote. base 77.5k, 5% bonus. Easy job, flexible, max 8 hour days, no long term interest in current role, a lot of opportunity within company. Started august 2021

Expected offer:
External, $85k base, 25% target bonus, raise opportunity feb 2022, longer hours, steep, learning curve, more responsibility, long term interest, higher earning potential, more stress, hybrid but in office full time for training (~6-9 months)
