They want someone to do basically everything including presales, implementation, post sales, account planning/mgmt, technical support, and product development. TC is 180-200k plus commission. Company is a startup. Sounds like a 100 hr per week job. Job is in Austin Texas. What would be a good counter offer?
For this type of role, you want to negotiate the commission structure. Look into accelerators, compensation for sales vs post sales, etc. Yoe means less here.
