Interviewing with pure storage, would like to know their compensation structure and what to expect. Please chime in. Recruiter has not told me the position level yet.

At 4 YOE I'd guess you'd come in at MTS-3, although I'm not sure if offers have explicit levels attached (my offer was from before the level system existed).
Comp structure is similar to other places: base, % cash bonus, RSU. There are refreshers and they can be pretty solid if your perf is good.
Overall, I'd expect that your offer could be higher than your current TC by a bit (probably not a ton) but you can negotiate it up further.
I can tell you for sure that if you are doing a good job the company will do you solid in terms of promotions/raises.
