What’s the base salary, cash bonus and equivalents for Associate Director levels in small, medium and large biotech and Pharma?
150-200 all inclusive
160-180k base with 15-20% target cash bonus for mid to large You would leave Moderna now? Stock appreciated so much.
Biospace 2020 Salary Report shows ADs make $168,634 salary on average. H1bdata.info also is a good source for base pay at individual companies
Around 170k base plus 10-15% bonus+ up to 20 but usually 15% stocks
I know the median salary at our company is 195k Base with 21% bonus target (the past few years, there’s a 50% company multiplier extra (so say 30% bonus) and another 21% in annual RSUs. There’s a 10% 401k match so you can say the TC is around 320k. Oh btw, this is in IT. Outside IT I have no clue. Take it for whatever is worth.
Takeda is $140-$190k base, 45% bonus target (about half of that cash and half RSUs vesting over 3 yr). Usually with a multiplier on the cash. With the company 401k match you’re looking at $270k or so, but of course it varies to some degree (not the least based on performance)
