TC in Phoenix, Az area?
Looking to possibly make a move next year. Possibly to Arizona. Are salaries keeping up with rising home prices? It’s getting pretty spendy there for people with LCOL TC. My TC at intel is stagnant. What are you people in Arizona making with 3-6 YOE? 5 YOE TC 76k Location: New Mexico
Prob around the same maybe 10% increase. Phoenix is pretty cheap.

If you move with intel 110-115 should be standard. Amazon is the highest paying employer, starting salary is 150-170 for fresh graduates. 3-6 yoe should make around 120 normally.
Intel definitely doesn’t pay that much for 3-5 yoe from what I’ve seen in my coworkers. Could just be in my org at intel though. Very underpaid.
Data point: my buddy works in Salem, OR and makes 95k 4yoe. Unless you’re super rural you should be able to get something similar.
At amex you can get something in the range of 80-100k base. TC around 100-130k
Is the rest a stock/bonus mix? A coworker left for them awhile back but said he doesn’t get stock which I thought was odd.
6% 401k match $-$, about 3% profit sharing, bonus 8-35%. Stock is for band 40 and above (staff engineers or Engg director). You get about 8-10k$ stock with 4 years vesting at 25% each year if you r top performer (5-25% of the senior engineer so depending on company performance) in band 35 (managers and senior engineers).
Jeez, 76k for what grade and role ?
