I'd like to move to Microsoft, but levels.fyi indicates that I will never get a sufficient offer.
I think I'm probably Microsoft L64 equivalent, if their senior is our senior.
Is there any way to get Microsoft to come up? I'd move without a pay bump.
Anyone feel the same?

I'm trying to retire early, 5 or so years... But I'm just god awful bored, and have never found myself really jiving with the internal culture.
When I was at Intel, we all bullshitted and had fun... Real comaraderie. At Google, I can't even get people to hang out for lunch (even pre-covid).
I get it... Work isn't for friends... But it has never been this lonely before.
