TC is useless

1. TC is only useful in a dick-measuring contest

2. TC is often miscalculated, there is no standard equation

3. Offers have multiple components, breakdowns help job seekers

As I’ve been searching for a new job, I’ve realized TC is not helpful when negotiating. I need to know the base, stock, and bonus amounts. Can we please normalize this?
