TC maximization strategy
Scenario: work at least 30 hours/week to keep afloat; stay if promo is matched by refreshers after RSUs vest (4 year cliff), else jump elsewhere. Options: E = English/humanities study (films, literature) I = interview prep (LC, system design) T = technical skills (distributed systems, ML) W = work longer (do needful, projects for promo) You can choose any one or two of the above for up to 20 extra hours per week. For example: X + X = 20 hours of X Y + Z = 10 hours of Y + 10 hours of Z What's the optimal combination to play?
