TC of HW Architect at NVIDIA
Hi everyone, I am a HW Architect with 10 YOE (Grade 8) currently being interviewed for a similar position at NVIDIA. What TC (Base + Stocks + etc.) should I expect? Thanks!

As I am not in the US now, my current TC is irrelevant. It is why I am asking for your advice. NVIDIA’s position is in the US.
I would like to know too. Any input is appreciated? E.g. can TC be 350k/year or it is too high for a HW company?
Be prepared to be lowballed when coming from non US location (esp. India) The money looks like a lot on paper and if you are going to be in the Bay area it won't go too far Try to have multiple offers to negotiate. Nvidia will give you a high base 210K+ Stocks....well....if you're tracking the market, you know the story. I would ask for that money in cash paid per year as anniversary bonus. Def. Ask for sign on bonus even if they say they can't, they always can. You can negotiate for base close to 250K and stocks around 150K
250k+150k/4 or 250k+150k per year?
NVIDIA scheduled a 2d phone interview with me, but nobody called. Disorganized? Hurt by a stock drop? First time an interviewer does this to me. A recruiter from LinkedIn Corp forgot once to call me as scheduled before, though.
