What can I expect from this onsite? It has a typical 3 part pair programming, 1 part design architecture, 1 Q&A Past Experience. I took the phone screen and I did well although I probably could have been 3-5 minutes quicker (but that was cause I second guessed myself and wasted time when my original thoughts were correct). There was supposed to be an HM round after my phone screen going off previous experiences on here but I went straight to the onsite.
Will the coding rounds in the onsite be on a same/similar level to the phone rounds? Is optimal design important to pass, period, or more of a leveling thing? How prepared should I be for the past experience round, as in will it be a grill with derivative/above and beyond what I did at work questions?

Past experience round is a chance for you to explain your contributions to a project and a discussion of its architecture, design decisions, etc.
HM round usually happens during onsite for swe.
