Apple: EPM for “Partner Payment Systems”

Just got linkedin notification for this job posting from apple. couple thoughts for Blind

1) is this telling of big overhaul of payment systems, including new payment systems from 3rd parties. could be a reaction to Epic Games debacle

2) I thought Apple EPMs were program managers, but this says Engineering Product Manager. It then goes on to say project manager in the desc. Was the copywriter confused or is this job different from traditional EPM at Apple?
