    That’s a strong offer - congrats!

I’m a TL, one level above SSWE, and my base is 160k + 200k RSU (4 year grant amount, also not taking into account stock growth), and I’m in the greater Boston area.

In general, it’s feasible - I know several teams in this situation. However, it’s completely dependent on the team and their culture; you should be prepared to modify your working hours to sign on earlier - like around 8 AM pacific time. Some work more async over slack and GitHub, others are more synchronous and have daily standup at specific times etc.

This seems in line with all the new offers being posted here. Makes me wonder if we'll be getting raises across the board during ACR in spring...

I just got a reject from them. One of the most bizarre interview experiences ever.

That’s a really good offer. My base is 125k with rsu of 40k across 4 years. I’ve got the same yoe and I’m in Boston. Working from Austin I imagine that package is pretty nice. Cheers

Looks solid, note that their stock seems a bit frothy.
