What are some of your healthy habits and how have they made a difference in your life?

  • Used to exercise consistent 3x weekly and Friday was my house cleanup and laundry night. This kept my mind sharp, and blocking Fridays out for self care meant I wasn’t waking up hungover on Saturdays, keeping my sleep schedule in tact, and allowed me to do more interesting things on Saturdays (early morning surf class, beating the crowds to hikes, etc). I still had quite an active social life, it just wasn’t getting drunk late at night

  • Gym 5x a week has been a game changer for me and being active in general - just started playing tennis (I never used to be active at all). Also cutting down drinking. Really making a positive difference in my life right now! I feel far more energetic, generally more optimistic and just enjoying life outside work more.

    Working out, hands down, just having that set schedule makes it a habit.

    Don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.

    Just eating a healthy and well balanced diet. If you're craving something unhealthy, just consume in moderation.

      I never was a big drinker, I only drink on occasions. Not the biggest fan of the taste or how much it costs lol.

  • Wake up early and swim laps. Seriously therapeutic and refreshing. Helps my back a ton.
