TN Visa - Analytics Manager role - Elec Eng Background

I have an offer as an analytics manager in a multinational CPG company in New Jersey. I am a Canadian Citizen with experience in analytics /data science and a bachelors degree in electrical engineering. I am in the process of asking my employer to provide TN documentation from their side as well but would I run into any issues getting my TN at the border? My jobs states requirement for bachelors degree and 4-5 years of experience in analytics. Would this be filed as a computer systems analyst? Not looking for legal assistance or advice but getting an idea for people who have been in a similar situation Thanks

If your employer agrees, it’s better to have a job title that is clearly listed in the TN qualifications. Also you can ask the employer whether you provide the TN letter. Usually they are Ok so you can hire a company which specializes in TN visa to draft the letter for you.

I worked with my manager and employer's immigration team to draft up my offer letter and job description as part of my packet, along with other documentation like TN application, univ diploma, transcript, and resume (updated with language reflecting what was listed in the labor occupational handbook and my TN category). Ultimately it is up to the immigration officer to approve/reject your TN application, so luck does sometimes play a factor here... but if you, your employer, and their immigration team can prepare all the relevant documentation that is needed and leave no room to pick holes at, you're 99% there.
