Total compensation = Base Pay (salary) + Annual Bonus + Annual Restricted Stock Unit benefit (RSU) One time payments do not apply generally such as Sign On bonus. One way to include sign on bonus is to tie it to your RSU clock - if RSUs expire and fully pay out without refreshers over 4 years, average the sign on bonus over 4 years. Relocation, employee stock purchase programs do not apply and generally fall under benefits (many companies have better benefits than other companies, but this is about cold hard cash)
Wow, lots of people make over $400k!!!
Where are they working making that much money? Can only think of FB in DC
Troll clicks most likely
Get rid of the poll and do comments. Not salesforce anymore. Sales - 128 base, 194 bonus (2019)
In VA right?
Yea, good idea, comments. Why did you decide to leavee Salesforce BTW? I have only heard great things.
Thank you for including the map, full state names & abbreviations. Might have been totally confused otherwise
For sure!
Salesforce has a lot of roles 8n the DMV area, I wonder what their general TC is there compared with CA or WA?
Maybe have more meaningful bands than just $10K?
10k means a lot when you are making $100,000, not so much when you make $200,00 or $300,000 which is why this scale up 30,000 to 50,000 per level...
