Its a pretty solid offer for Rally. Its not on the same league as FANG, but you wont be burnt out, great WLB and really stable employment given the trend of America’s economy. Id try negotiating a higher sign on ~ at least 10k

Would recommend negotiate if possible as I know ppl who joined in 2H of 2019 and they were not happy as they were not part of year end review.mid year review is useless and don’t expect anything in it. So if you are ready to wait for 1.5 years then yeah!

how long did the recruiter get back to you after the onsite? I had my onsite on 14th, no response. Easy questions.

  👆🏻this. Solid offer for Rally. Though would recommend you negotiate to go higher as you won’t make the cut for next year merit increase so factor that and ask for more base!
