TPM at Google vs. PM at other Companies

Is it better to a TPM at Google versus PM in non FAANG? TC is obviously higher at Google.

Are you a "what should we build?" person or are you a "I love figuring out schedules" person? It would do you no good if you joined Google because of the name brand but dislike the TPM role.
