I'm an Algorithm Engineer but being hired in at a different automotive company as a TPM based on previous Scrum Master experience.
Can experienced TPMs here suggest some dos and donts? Also what should I do the first couple days as a new TPM of an established team?

2. Underrated what the team is doing and take any small steps.you can immediately to help organize the team. If what you are doing helps.the engineers they will welcome you into the group more.
3. Biggest thing as a.TPM is to understand the project and put a good plan in place.
