I passed the TPM phone interview at Google and I have an onsite coming up. Is there a good prep plan to follow for the onsite? I dont have a dev background and so I'm wondering, am I required to write (psudo)code?
I recently interviewed for TPM position with Google. They don’t ask coding. Prepare for system design, program management, behavioral questions.
Do you have to go deep for system design? No tech background at all
Yes! they expect you to dive deep.

The recruiter usually might share a ppt. It would have a lot of useful information about the tpm interview. TPM usually has coding and system design rounds. But your recruiter can confirm.
