Much of the Technical Program Manager work might revolve around operation stability and putting out fires. How well do you folks sleep at night? Has wfh changed this? Similar question was asked about product managers so what about TPM!

TPM may not work on Operations at all. In many growth companies or otherwise, they drive roadmaps (strategic) and project delivery (execution & launch). That said, in my role as TPM, I have supported ops (with SDMs leading) during covid and the work has not been overly taxing - time-wise or stress-wise.
