Only startups that don’t have the money to spend $$k on paper work don’t hire visa folks
Roughly 80% of my interviews end when the recruiter hears I need an h1b transfer. This used to be 99% when I needed an h1b for the first time (when I was on OPT)
Because it is 20x more difficult for us to find a new job
