Illumina offer evaluation

Hello all,

I am looking for guidance on evaluating an offer from Illumina, Bay Area . They are firm on base, Does this look comparable or can RSUs go higher? Here’s the offer:

Position: Sr Engineer (not software)
Base: $130k
RSU: 40k
Annual bonus: 8%

Current TC: $96k
YOE: 5 (Biomedical engineering)
