I am told by my manager that Nvidia is extending a full time offer to me. I have my HR meeting scheduled for next week, where I will be discussing my compensation. What level and TC should I expect? It will be better to know the numbers beforehand so that I can negotiate. I will be interviewing with other companies in next few weeks.

Details:
3 YoE in related field, Masters (Computer Science)

They likely won’t negotiate unless you have competing offers (and are able to show them). Negotiating as an intern convert is risky

Yes what I said is the worst case and highly unlikely. Mostly they want you otherwise wouldn't have offered a job in the first place.

They won’t withdraw the offer but they will bluntly say this is the max they can go. The best you can do is get a competing offer and hope NVIDIA to match.

I recently converted with computer engineering masters and 2 YOE and got 115k with 15k bonus for two years and 125 stocks. I'm also in the Boston region and do RTL work, not CS so take that with a grain of salt. I was told my comp ratio is a 1.00 though too, which should also be taken with a grain of salt

Was in the same boat a few years ago. They won't negotiate at all without competing offers
