OMG they really low-balled you, stock should be at least $100k/4 year. Some TAMs with 4 Yoe makes that much.

Welcome to Salesforce, this is our new reality. They started lowballing stock grants last year already. In engineering, the new grants were half what we had been seeing the year before, so this one looks realistic.
