Do I have to get a yes from all my interviews? I had 4 rounds and one of them didn't go well. Others were great including Hiring manager's. What are my chances?
It depends on how badly you screwed up that one interview, if there aren't any major red flags you should be good.
I've been on a lot of interview loops here. Some teams are more democratic than others, but ultimately the decision is made by the hiring manager. Typically critical feedback has more weight if it can be corroborated by more than one interview. I've seen plenty of cases where there are a few no hires on the loop and we end up extending an offer anyway, so if you had 3/4 good, you have a shot.
Got offer
Whats your offer details?
Final offer: 155k base 250k stock, 10% bonus , 50k sign on Yoe : 2
Congratulations! How much time did it take for them to extend an offer after the onsite?
Did they help you along the way with the LC hard problems or did you have to solve it by yourself? How did you get unstuck if you got stuck? Were there any questions on graphs?
Any details of the phone and onsite interviews?
Phone was LC medium and onsite was all LC hard. The round that I messed up was actually harder and it was not from LC. Open ended coding question.
