Take hedge fund offer or keep studying for top tech firm
Chasing 1. brand name on the resume to wipe the wework sludge off my resume 2. TC I have an offer on hand for $350k (200k base, 150k bonus) TC at a top hedge fund that I went on a practice interview for. I've spent about ~75hrs of prep doing ds/algos/LC grind but probably need another 75 hours to be ready for interviews. Do you think I should take this offer or grind another 1-3 more months and try for a tech firm? Current TC is 200k base + worthless RSUs
Also I haven't been laid off and prob won't be :(
Go to the Hedge fund - run from wework as fast as you can, things are going to go from bad to really bad - investors are going to start demanding clear profit paths and being that wework doesn’t have any - well you get the picture. Keep grinding and in a year or two if your not happy you can always get more offers and move somewhere else.

How much is WLB worth for you? Hedge fund pays more than top tech usually.
Unless you are an insider it’s only a matter of time before the next round. Probably in January or Feb? I would take the offer and run
Why not interview with one tech firm with your current prep? If it doesn't go well, you can always try again in 1-2 years.
