      MS can be substituted for 2 YOE. S/he might be on the borderline for a senior position so it makes sense here. You probably do want to drop it once you reach 10+ YOE.

      That’s kept intentionally. Got offer last week from sde1 to senior sde. Some companies don’t consider, some do. It’s all a great mess 😊

      2 yrs - full stack (feature dev + basic designs)
      3yrs- backend (design + code+ manage scrum + lead multi team project+ mentorship)
      No escape from bug fixing though πŸ˜€
