Target interviews in Nov/Dec
In the midst of my interview prep and wont be ready till Oct. Is Nov/Dec really bad time to attempt for a job change? Considering hiring freeze, holiday period and number of job openings. Any thoughts?

Eh12 Sep 6, 2018In that case I would start applying in mid October if I were you. With a focus to get first round technicals going around the end of October or early November. That way you can get your on-sites before thanksgiving π
