Additional cost of the PATH ~$100 per month, purely reliant on the PATH, annoyance of going out to the city to meet up with friends/your friends having to take the PATH.
Did it for a year to live at Vantage apartments because the view I admit is fucking amazing but outside of that, JC apartments close to the path so you donโt have to walk too far are around the same price as living in BK/Queens/Harlem
