Tech IPOs threaten to add fuel to America's hottest housing market

Market sell off will continue for sometime and housing prices will go down further. In my opinion, the IPOs will be postponed

Market will only slow down, no fuel, fake news :D

No way I am selling my probably overpriced Uber 120B to buy a definitely overpriced house in Bay Area.

Forget it guys, nothing’s going up for the next decade, entering recession.

tech companies that have ipo’d in the last two years are tanking worse than the more established tech co’s. This is a race to cash out. Earliest Investors will do ok, everyone else will get screwed.
