Got positive feedback after the interviews. The 3rd party agency recruiter says, company is ready to offer. He has provided me a base pay range, and target bonus for the role. Company does pay Equity, but this 3rd party agency recruiter has not been shared with the equity part by the company. Now, he is asking company wants to cut short back and forth, so asking for my expectations which will make me move. Not much data on Levels.fyi and Blind. It's a media company - Disney Should I share a comparitive offer for the same role from company? Or, Should I ask them to make the best offer, before we go into negotiation? Also, can a media company give a faang level offer? I am also awaiting an offer from a Faang meanwhile which is taking a long time. Team match and all. But not in hand yet. They will always give the lowest possible numbers if you dont tell them ur expectation. Just ask 500k. Otherwisw, why even think about the offer

Disney can't match any of FAANG compensation. Your best bet is to have them spill the number and you negotiate with it. You will be very disappointed though.
