how to survive with only one technical founder? Im a technical and my cofounder is SME and business guy. We also have a lawyer as a cofounder. Im the one who capable and doing all technology staff: “coding, architecture, UX mockups, website setup, amazon instances, analytics” at the same time I need to do tons of user research, product, marketing, and work on funding. Technical staff takes a lot of time and we are in sweat / bootstrap mode so cannot hire any help. This situation slowdowns everything...
If you are in Seattle would like to hear more about the startup. Why can’t you hire? You need to try delegating some of your work
They are making money out of u .. I hope u must be paid really well else you are being fooled
Don’t try to make a tech company with non-technical cofounders. I think it best to have technical co-founders only, but, if you must have a non-technical cofounder, make sure that the number of technical co-founders far exceeds the number of non-technical cofounders. Non-technical cofounders will be nearly useless for the first few and most crucial years of the startup.

Why are you working on marketing and funding when you have two other cofounders? Delegate all non-technical work to them.
