I went thru a rough patch in life and started grinding teeth at night.
It’s gotten pretty worse in recent times even though I’ve been doing better generally.
I wear a mouth / night guard and yet grind badly. Any tips on what I can do?
My dentist warned me of an incoming gum recession unless grinding stops. Dentist attributes grinding to stress, I’ve been doing exercises to better manage stress but grinding is getting bad day by day.

I thought this is a one off case.
I’ve heard hard ones are really uncomfortable to sleep at night. How do you feel?
Hope this helps.
