Ok so here’s the deal. I’ve been interviewing like a mad man over the last few weeks and as I near the final offers for a few roles two positions are starting to rise to the top. First role is one with LinkedIn Marketing Solution Ad Sales within the strategic accounts department. The team is amazing and the hiring manager said as long as I come in and kill it she’d do everything in her power to find me an fte role. Only reason it’s not is because she does not have headcount at the moment. Salary is 115/hr for 1 year contract(no commission as a temp position). The second is with Salesforce in the general business unit at the highest level of sales before #enterprise sales. FTE role with 240k ote. Feels like a great role and position. My goal has been to get one of these companies on my resume for quite some time now and they both feel really good (knock on wood) in terms of an offer coming soon. I don’t want to ge too far ahead of myself but if both were to offer any suggestions on which one to choose?
Salesforce is no brainer.
Always take a full time over temp
LI is a flashy logo, but you’ll type cast yourself to LI’s myopic HCM space. Take the bird in hand w/ SF, you’ll significantly broaden your sales trajectory by joining. We’re the Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in nearly every pillar [CRM, Mkt, Service, Middleware (Mulesoft), Analytics (Tableau), Commerce, Collaboration (Slack) & CPQ]. Don’t sweat the commercial vs enterprise thing either. You’ll likely get more at bats w accounts and I’m sure you can jump to EBU in the near term.
except don't jump to ebu if u wanna make quota
u will make so much more money at SF in GB. enterprise is where u wont hit your quota. GB is perfect!!

Thanks guys for all your help!
