Tesla Compensation

I am currently being interviewed at Tesla for 2 positions(Energy and EV) at the same time. I am 16 yoe, TC 190 .. no RSUs ..

1: Does Tesla offer different compensations for same position (Sr TPM) in their energy unit and EV unit?

2: Recruiter told me that I am eligible for L4 which is normally they don’t offer for the outsider but I can be eligible for it give my education and experience. Is this true statement and if yes, what is total comp range for L4? How much of it is base per year?

3: Does Tesla allow for hybrid WFH + office? Or is it case by case?
