Tesla Finance Interview
Any idea how many rounds there are for Tesla finance roles? I had 3 including the phone screen - should I expect more or just lie low and hope for the best? :) For what it’s worth - TC - 115k YOE - 4 #corpfinance #finance #fpa

Don’t sweat it. When did you have your interviews? Reach out to the recruiter after a week. Just because it took 2 weeks for me and it was a no, doesn’t mean it’ll be the case for you.
Tbh I concluded the 3rd interview within the last day. So pretty premature but still wanted to get a sense for their turn around. Already reached out the recruiter as well.. *fingers crossed*

It’s ok. Just wait it out. If you show too much eagerness then it won’t help you when you negotiate salary.
My experience thus far with Google (didn’t get offer) & Uber/Oracle (still waiting) is that unless you’re an overwhelming hire signal you’ll wait weeks until they’ve interviewed a critical mass of applicants. My last interviewer at Oracle said this explicitly.

Hey guys, I look at the website for like 3years now and I have not seen a SINGLE post on recruiting for Finance… what’s happening there…???
I interviewed a few years ago. I had 3 rounds. 1) HR screen 2) Finance assessment 3) loop interview with 4 people, which included 2 additional assessments

Not really. I didn’t get the job, but it took 2 weeks to find out
