Tesla referrals
Anyone got referred by a Tesla friend and didn’t hear back? How long do I have to wait? (Or should I lose any hope). It has been around 5 days.
Getting responses from Tesla or SpaceX is difficult. They just dont gaf about communicating with candidates

The recruiters are ass. Unless the person actually walks up to the hiring manager and gives your resume, you don't stand a chance. Even then my manager has a pile of resumes on his desk, I doubt they ever got called. Gg
