I’m at the $hit show called Uber Eats. After 2 years of slavery, I am ready to quit.
Everyone basically comes to take the 3/4 month maternity paternity leave here and bounces.
My wife is 2 weeks pregnant and I’m wondering if I can take the 3 month leave, join another company, and take another 3 months there.
Anyone try it? Is it possible?
I know it sounds terrible, but I am mentally and physically exhausted and need a year off but can’t afford to take it off with a baby on the way.
Uber has done nothing but made my life miserable (60-70 hour work load at Uber eats because of pandemic and leadership doesn’t care. They want us to work more)
Any guidance is truly appreciated!!

I have seen my friends take two paternity leaves. One as soon as the baby is born at the first company and second at the new company before baby turns 1.
Typically, you have to use the paternity leave before the baby turns 1.
