Paying resale for sneakers.
Rent. Should've put that money into buying a house to build equity.
“I have no money for a down payment!” “Rent and save money!” “Now my rents too high!” “Well you should buy a house!” “I have no money for a down payment!”
“Throwing away your money on rent” is a meme. Owning isn’t a better deal, you have a bunch of maintenance you have to deal with and pay for.
Oh geez lots of business spending on businesses that stopped working out. I would say lawyers were the worst invoices though. But anyway, between net operating losses that I can carry forward, and millions in personal capital losses, I dont really consider it wasted since I can make millions more with a lot of it tax free. Now to find a million dollars...... My current rent was a nice flex but now its a waste. Win some you lose some. Still winning in the child free front. Couldnt have done 90% of these things, including months of travel, encumbered by that noise.
Every car I own(ed).
What's the alternative?
