The impact of h1b on job search...
Up until Jan 31st every few days one recruiter or the other would reach out to me on Linkedin sharing a job detail and requesting whether I am interested in discussing it further. Stuck on H1 and Tired of saying no, I updated my Linkedin and mentioned h1b as my visa status up front on LinkedIn summary and job title and to my surprise not a single recruiter has reached out to me in last 18days... Just a rant..

Sorry but this is harassment. Promising something and leading people think in one way but ultimately cutting their basic flexibility and freedom is not a good thing. Having a few choices doesn't mean one is not a slave.
