    • Not only the pay. The job you can get there for sure will be way less interesting.

Only move to Europe if you like free health care, good food, and lots of vacation (but nowhere to go because no money)

OP won't even need to work there. They can engage in so many different things, work for fun than money without thinking of visa issues. Live lavishly there with saved money and high interest bank deposits. Enjoy with family members. Join NGOs. Use the experience on US to improve India. Basically live life than earn money and spend money cycle.

Google, Uber, Apple, LinkedIn, Flipkart, Walmart, and a bunch or other companies that are not exactly tier 1. But the pay in India has increased a lot recently. Even Adobe pays like 1Cr for an SDE3

While the economy is closely tied, j don't think IT will get direct hit. Most of the Indian IT sector is not run by domestic market.

Take an internal transfer and figure out what you want to do while you enjoy the high TC due to high number of RSUs.

Don't risk moving all along. Try for a transfer 1st. It's not about the pay. Its about culture and autonomy. It does not matter how much you know, the culture and work tactics might suppress you. I had friends came here and went back.
