On Glassdoor, I mostly see positive reviews for Fidelity, but I'm wondering if that is the whole truth....IS fidelity mostly good or are there any issues that I should be on the lookout for before taking an offer from there?
Depends on the group you will be working for. I have worked for them for 7 years, I think they have a lot of issues but there are some good things, like mentioned above benefits are pretty good but like they say here at Fidelity live poor retire rich. Pay is typically lower than competitors because their benefits are better than most. However, Fidelity has gotten ride of a lot of benefits I personally used.
Excellent company but do not compare it with technology tc.. cos it is private firm and has no rsu options π
Worked there for over 10 years .. overall good company ... try to get in at higher salary because later the jumps are on average 3-5% annual and even with promotions maybe 15% Bonuses can be good depending on title especially principal or higher .. benefits are above average and will provide good stability ... donβt expect any cutting edge tech etc .. try to be at right place at right time and you should be all set .. good luck!
What is the expectation from the coderpad round in Goldman? I cleared the coding round twice but don't get to hear after the coderpad round.
