Employees at HPE — how do you like working there? Specifically are you happy or is it mostly mediocre? Share role and location if you are able.
How well does HPE pay?
It is competitive except faang level ..
What is faang?
Mediocre with archaic bureaucracy and aggressively incompetent old guard. Otherwise, it all depends on division and direct manager.
I'm happy at HPE. The culture and benefits are improving under Antonio Neri. I also like being a smaller, more focused company. I was a part of HP (pre-split) when we had almost 400,000. Getting things done was so difficult. It's significantly easier to work now as a smaller company.

Same league as Dell. A bit more stingy maybe.
