I’ve been interviewing at Zillow and the list time I spoke to a recruiter I told them my salary range was 100-110k (originally i asked for 85-100k). I had seen Glassdoor and levels but making that much money seems weird to me.
I just finished my last interview and I’m feeling like I might get an offer. I feel like I could have asked for way more after reading blind. Did I just screw myself?
Edit: TC 65K 2.5 years of experience
Idk if I’ll get the offer for sure, but if I don’t, how do I better gauge salary bands for different companies? It feels so weird to ask for over double my current salary.
