Considering a PM role with TikTok and was told it will be all cash, which caught me off guard. Anyone know how well they pay? Feel free to DM me

You are talking to someone in Airbnb , they are all Chinese.. they rigged the system to make sure only Chinese are hired .. AIRBNB == CHINESE evals to true
Well of course. They hire talent. Bilingual is a bonus perk, saves on translation/interpretation time. But far from a requirement.
Very competitive cash comp and big bonus. For engineering, I am getting RSUs.
That seems extremely unusual to me.. particularly for a pm role. Bonus and RSU is used to motivate and incentivize performance and ensure results. Interesting. MTV/NY/LA office or non-US?

So I spoke to multiple recruiters about this post and they said that it was impossible, since we don't make "all cash offers".. maybe OP spoke to someone posing as a recruiter?
We don’t give offers as ALL cash in engineering. Not sure about other departments. We do a base salary (very competitive in the bay area) + a percentage performance bonus + RSUs.
