I'd say thats def on the low side Comparable - L4 for NY FB PM is ~160 base ~10% bonus -40k+ in equity + Sign on varies So we're looking around 220K+ Based on your YOE you could be L4 or L5, so I'd say they're lowballing you pretty severely. That TC is more in the range of L3
